Το θέμα με το οποίο θα ασχοληθούμε,είναι το πώς γίνεται να συγχρονίσετε το ρολόι του υπολογιστή σας με ένα server του διαδικτύου,έτσι ώστε να λειτουργεί με την ίδια ώρα ακριβώς.

Λοιπόν η διαδικασία είναι απλή.

Πατάτε διπλό κλικ στο ρολόι του υπολογιστή σας που βρίσκεται κάτω δεξιά,και μετά πατάτε στην καρτέλα "Χρόνος Internet".
Μετά ενεργοποιήστε το “Αυτόματος συγχρονισμός με ένα διακομιστή ώρας του Internet”,επιλέξτε τον server που θέλετε και πατήστε το "ΟΚ".

Το θέμα με το οποίο θα ασχοληθούμε στην σημερινή μας ανάρτηση,είναι το πώς γίνεται να δημιουργήσουμε συντόμευση ενός φακέλου στην επιφάνεια εργασίας,έτσι ώστε να διευκολύνουμε τον ευατό μας και να μειώνουμε τον χρόνο που μας παίρνει για να βρούμε ένα αρχείο.


Λοιπόν η διαδικασία είναι πολύ απλή,και γρήγορη.
Αρχικά βρίσκετε τον φάκελο που θέλετε να δημιουργήσετε την συντομευσή του.
Πατάτε πάνω του δεξί κλικ,και πηγαίνετε στο "Αποστολή προς",και επιλέγετε το "Επιφάνεια εργασίας(δημιουργία συντόμευσης)".




Αυτό ήταν!!Τώρα ο φάκελος θα είναι στην επιφάνεια εργασίας σας,και μπορείτε να τον μετονομάσετε όπως θέλετε.

H παρακάτω διαδικασία θα μας βοηθήσει έτσι ώστε να μπορούμε να κλείσουμε τον υπολογιστή μας σε κάποια καθορισμένη ώρα,εάν για παράδειγμα πρέπει να φύγουμε ή έχουμε να κάνουμε κάτι και δεν μπορούμε να περιμένουμε να τελειώσει κάποια διαδικασία που βρίσκεται σε εκτέλεση.

Για παράδειγμα εάν θέλουμε να κλείσει ο υπολογιστής μας στις 10:00μμ(22:00pm),θα πρέπει να ακολουθήσουμε την παρακάτω διαδικασία.

1.Πατάμε στην "έναρξη"
2.Επιλέγουμε "Εκτέλεση..."
3.Πληκτρολογούμε τον κώδικα: at 22:00 shutdown -s

Αυτή ήταν η διαδικασία!!
Τώρα ο υπολογιστής μας είναι ρυθμισμένος,έτσι ώστε να κλείσει στις 10:00μμ.


Για να ακυρώσουμε το αυτόματο κλείσιμο, πληκτρολογούμε τον κώδικα: shutdown -a

Πολλοί συνδυασμοί συντομεύσεων που μπορείτε να χρησιμοποιήσετε Πηγαίνωντας στο πλήκτρο Run ή αλλιώς Εκτέλεση(στα ελληνικά),ή πολύ απλά πατώντας του συγκεκριμένους συνδυασμούς πλήκτρων στο πληκτρολόγιο σας.

Το θέμα με το οποίο θα ασχοληθούμε σε αυτήν την ανάρτηση μας είναι το εξής,η προστασία των προσωπικών μας αρχειών,όπως π.χ.οι εικόνες μας,κάποια έγγραφα μας ή κάποιες δικές μας δημιουργίες,από αδιάκριτα βλέματα τα οποία μπορεί και να τα επεξεργαστούν ή να τα χειριστούν με «λάθος» τρόπο.

Το συγκεκριμένο αποτέλεσμα,μπορούμε να το πετύχουμε διάφορες διαδικασίες,αλλά λίγες είναι πιο αποτελεσματικές,γιατί εάν κάποιος είναι «ειδικός» στους υπολογιστές μπορεί να τα αντιμετωπίσει και να καταφέρει να εισβάλει στα αρχεία σου.

Λοιπόν ένας απλούστατος τρόπος για να «κρύψεις» κατά κάποιο τρόπο τα αρχεία σου,είναι η δημιουργία των αόρατων φακέλων ή αλλιώς invisible files,όπως θα τους βρείτε συνήθως στο διαδίκτυο κάνοντας αναζήτηση με κάποια μηχανή όπως το γνωστό σε όλους μας google.

Η δημιουργία αόρατων φακέλων γίνεται με την εξής διαδικασία:

1.Πατάμε δεξί κλικ σε μία άδεια επιφάνεια της επιφάνειας εργασίας ή στο περιεχόμενο ενός φακέλου,μέσα στο οποίο θέλουμε να δημιουργηθεί ο αόρατος φάκελος.
2.Πατάμε δημιουργία
3.Δημιουργία φακέλου
4.Όταν θα χρειαστεί να γράψουμε το όνομα του φακέλου,θα πατήσουμε τον εξής συνδυασμό,Alt-255 ή Alt-160,και το μόνο που δημιουργηθεί είναι ένας φάκελος χωρίς όνομα.
5.Πατάμε δεξί κλικ στον φάκελο που δημιουργήσαμε
6.Πατάμε στις «Ιδιότητες»
7.Επιλέγουμε την καρτέλα «Προσαρμογή»
8.Πατάμε αλλαγή εικονιδίου
9.Βρίσκουμε ένα εικονίδιο που δείχνει ένα κενό,το επιλέγουμε και πατάμε ΟΚ.
10.Ξανά οκ μετά
Και ο αόρατος φάκελος θα είναι έτοιμος.

Προστασία Αρχείων με το πρόγραμμα My Lockbox.

Το πρόγραμμα «My Lockbox» διανέμεται δωρεάν στο διαδίκτυο από την εταιρία δημιουργίας του,και μπορείται να το βρείτε στην δεξιά μεριά του ιστιολογίου μας στην στήλη με τα Download.

Λίγα Λόγια για το «Δικό μας Θησαυροφυλάκιο»:

Το πρόγραμμα My Lockbox,διατίθεται από την εταιρία Lavasoft,και με αυτό το χρήσιμο εργαλείο μας παρέχει την δυνατότητα να κλειδώνουμε τα προσωπικά μας αρχεία σε ένα ψηφιακό «κουτί» και να μπορεί να τα διαχειριστεί μόνο ο χρήστης που γνωρίζει τον κατάλληλο κωδικό.Πολύ χρήσιμο για όσους έχουν κοινό υπολογιστή με πολλά άτομα.

Διαδικασία:

Η διαδικασία έχει ως εξής:
1.Κατεβάσουμε το πρόγραμμα My lockbox
2.To κάνουμε εγκατάσταση,χωρίς να πειράξουμε κάποια ρύθμιση
3.Αποδεχόμαστε την Άδεια χρήσης
4.και λίγο πριν τελειώσει βάζουμε τον κωδικό που θέλουμε και από κάτω τον ξαναβάζουμε για επιβεβαίωση
5.στο τρίτο πεδίο βάζουμε το hint υπενθύμισης,ή αλλιώς το συνθηματικό όπως το λέμε συνήθως και πατάμε Next.
6.Μετά επιλέγουμε που θα τοποθετηθεί ο φάκελος του My Lockbox και πατάμε Next
7.Εάν το κουτάκι Open release είναι τσεκαρισμένο,τότε θα ανοίξει αυτόματα το site της εταιρίας,όπου μπορείτε να διαβάσετε πληροφορίες σχετικά με το πρόγραμμα
8.Πατήστε το κουμπί Finish και τελειώσατε.
Κάντε μία επανεκκίνηση και εντοπίστε το εικονίδιο του Μy Lockbox και πατήστε πάνω του διπλό κλικ.Βάλτε τον κωδικό πρόσβασης και είστε έτοιμοι.

Ανοίξτε το MSN Messenger και ακολουθήστε την συγκεκριμένη διαδικασία.

1.Πηγαίντε πάνω πάνω στην μπάρα του μενού
2.Πατήστε στο κουμπί "ΕΡΓΑΛΕΙΑ"
3.Πατήστε στο κουμπί "ΕΠΙΛΟΓΕΣ..."
4.Πηγαίντε στην καρτέλα "ΓΕΝΙΚΑ"

και απενεργοποιήστε το Checkbox,εκεί που λέει:

"Αυτόματη εκτέλεση του Windows Live Messenger κατά την σύνδεση στα Windows"

Στην επόμενη εκίνηση του υπολογιστή σας το Windows Live Messenger δεν θα ανοίγει μόνο του.


Οδηγίες για αγγλικό μενού:

3.Preferences

και απενεργοποιήστε το Checkbox:"Run this program when Windows starts"

Εάν θέλετε να λαμβάνετε ειδοποιήσεις σχετικά με τα μηνύματα αλληλογραφίας που σας στέλνονται μέσω του λογαριασμού σας στο Google(Gmail),μπορείτε να το καταφέρετε με την εξής διαδικασία.

Αρχικά θα πρέπει να κατεβάσετε το Gmail Notifier for Windows,που βρίσκεται δεξία στο blog μας,στη λίστα με τα "Download".
Στην συνέχεια θα πρέπει να το κάνετε εγκατάσταση,χωρίς να αλλάξετε κάποια από τις ρυθμίσεις εγκατάστασης.
Τέλος θα βάλετε τα στοιχεία του λογαριασμού σας,και το πρόγραμμα θα είναι έτοιμο,και θα σας ειδοποιεί σε κάθε μήνυμα που θα σας έρχεται.

ΠΩΣ ΚΑΝΟΥΜΕ ΕΓΚΑΤΑΣΤΑΣΗ:

Εάν πιστεύετε ότι ο υπολογιστής σας αργεί χαρακτηριστικά να εισέλθει στο περιβάλλον των Windows XP,τότε ακολουθήστε την παρακάτω διαδικασία και θα γλιτώσετε εώς και 30 δευτερόλεπτα από τον χρόνο εκκίνησης του λειτουργικού σας συστήματος.

Λοιπόν,η διαδικασία είναι η εξής:

1.Πατήστε στην "έναρξη"
2.Πατήστε στην "Εκτέλεση"
3.Πληκτρολογήστε την εντολή "regedit"(χωρίς τα ") και πατήστε ΟΚ

Μετά ακολουθήστε την συγκεκριμένη διαδρομή:

--->Ο υπολογιστής μου
--->HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
--->SYSTEM
--->CurrentControlSet
--->Control
--->Session Manager
--->Memory Management
--->PrefetchParameters

και τέλος,πατήστε δεξιά στο "Enable Prefetcher" και αλλάξτε τα δεδομένα τιμής,αντικαθιστώτας τον αριθμό που έχει με το νούμερο 5.


Κάντε μία επανεκκίνηση του υπολογιστή σας,και είναι έτοιμο.
